Venue and other useful information
The National Bat Conference 2023 will take place 15-17 September 2023 at the University of Nottingham and on Zoom.
The conference will be held on the University Park campus, based at the Monica Partridge Building with accommodation being offered in the Rutland Hall of Residence. The Conference Dinner and Ceilidh is being held in the Senate Chamber and Great Hall of the Trent Building.

Friday 15th September
Arrival from 4pm
Evening activities include bat walk and networking at the Rutland Hall bar
Saturday 16th September
8:30 - 9:30am - In person registration
9:10am - Zoom room opens for virtual attendees
9:30am - Welcome
1:00pm - Lunch
5:15pm - Talks finish
5:30pm - BCT AGM
Evening activities include dinner, socialising at the bar or the Conference Dinner and Ceilidh
Sunday 17th September
9:00 - 9:45am - Registration
9:30am - Zoom room opens for virtual attendees
9:50am - Welcome
1:15pm - Lunch
4:00pm - Conference closes
